Job Overview:

We create regular content and distribute it on multiple platforms. The same content will be repurposed for the website/blog, social media (generally Instagram and Facebook), email, and print. We work with in-house graphic designers and developers. We leverage LLMs and copywriters for copy.

Your job is to brainstorm new content ideas and topics and work with our team to execute them. You have an incredibly strong eye for design and an understanding of impactful messaging. You can recognize great copy, but you don't need to write it yourself.

Skills Required

*We understand that you may not already have all of these skills. You should have experience with many and/or an excitement to learn all.

• Proficient with project management tools (we use Basecamp).
• LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and MidJourney.
• Wireframing tools like Balsamiq.
• A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Generating content ideas that are specific to the Austin market <-- Brainstorming is one of the most important pieces to the job.
• Monitoring and collecting feedback from our agents on past ideas.

So, what are you doing at this job?

*Everything is project based and linear. We are strong believers in execution.

• We are in the process of designing a new website. Assist with direction.
• Brainstorm new content topics.
• Poll agents for new content topics.
• Assist/direct new blog post creation.
• Direct new IG/FB posts to distribute to agents.
• Direct new landing pages for the website.
• Direct email newsletter images.
• Direct print assets.
• Occassionally assist/direct new marketing assets like yard signs, business cards, etc...

In Office / Remote Hybrid

The role starts as 100% in office. Over time, it becomes an in-office / remote hybrid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
